Franchise Procedure

Once you have decided that a Happy Paws franchise could be right for you, you will need to fill out an application form and send it to us at Head Office. If we agree and think you meet the criteria then we will be in touch to arrange a two way phone interview. This will be your opportunity to ask any questions you have and for us to determine if a partnership could work for both parties.

We will then proceed to the next stage and invite you to our Head Office for a formal interview to discuss the finer details of the operation, the launch, your territory and go through the contract. You will leave with a full idea of what’s involved, you should have had all of your questions answered and you will be given a copy of the contract to sign once happy to do so.

On signing the contract we both agree to the partnership and can start the launch process. We will conduct a full local market appraisal for your chosen territory, devise a location specific marketing and business development plan for you. We will issue you with your Operations Manual and business forms and will conduct any necessary training. We will set up your personalised page on the website, your @happypaws.co.uk email address and have our graphic design team design your personalised flyers, posters, business cards, letterheads and comp slips.

Our marketing campaign is designed to get you known quickly while our operating systems and procedures ensure that you run at optimum efficiency. Following your initial set up and launch there will be plenty of opportunities to further develop your business with guidance from Head Office if needed. We aim to support you all the way without interfering in YOUR business.
